We want you to love what you get from PBFreaky. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for the following qualifying issues:

Damaged Items: Products that arrived physically damaged in transit.

Misprinted Items: Items with printing errors, incorrect designs, or major flaws in the print application.

Defective Items: Products that have a manufacturing defect or fail to work as described.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging.

What’s Not Covered
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.

Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall design or function.

Orders placed more than 30 days from the delivery date.

The Return Process

Your order number.

Photos/videos clearly showing the damage, misprint, or defect.

Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

Ship Back: Once approved, you will receive an instructions on where to send your item.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method, or ship out a replacement exchange. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for the same product if it is available. If you need a different item, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.
