Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time & Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping at a standard cost, with delivery times depending on the specific item(s) you order. This is because some of our products are made-to-order or sourced from specialized partners.

Standard Delivery (3-4 business days): Many of our ready-to-ship items will arrive within this timeframe.

Extended Delivery (5-15 business days): Certain custom, handmade, or specialty items require more time for production or sourcing before they can be shipped.

How to Know Your Delivery Time
Please check the product description on each item’s page for its specific processing or estimated delivery timeline. The delivery timeline for your entire order will be based on the item with the longest preparation time.

*Example: If you order one “3-4 business day” item and one “5-15 business day” item, your entire order will be prepared and shipped within the 5-15 business day window. We will, however, make every effort to ship items as soon as they are individually ready.*

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date of purchase. Shipping delays due to carrier issues are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more assistance.
